Job Title: Assistant Fashion Designer (Team Member)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and innovative Fashion Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating new clothing, Leather and accessories designs for our brand, staying up-to-date with current fashion trends, creating sketches, and working with our production team to bring designs to life.

Role Responsibilities: 

• Create new clothing, Leather and accessory designs that reflect our brand and are in line with current fashion trends
• Develop sketches and designs for new products, including detailed technical drawings
• Research and analyze fashion trends to ensure designs are relevant and competitive in the market
• Work with the production team to ensure designs are brought to life according to specifications and standards
• Attend industry events and shows to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and designs
• Collaborate with other team members, including pattern makers and seamstresses, to ensure a high-quality finished product
• Maintain accurate records of all designs, materials, and production timelines
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand image and messaging
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Art or a related field or Self taught individual with outstanding portfolio in Fashion. Gifted individuals with past experience will be fully considered.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fashion design
• Proven experience creating high-quality designs for clothing, leather and accessories
• Strong knowledge of current fashion trends, ability to research and a passion for design and fashion
• Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Title: Textile Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and talented Textile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in textile design and a passion for creating innovative and marketable designs for various products.

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and create original textile designs for a range of products in line with market trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet brand and product requirements.
• Conduct research on current trends, color schemes, and patterns to inform design decisions.
• Create design concepts, sketches, and prototypes for presentation and approval.
• Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure accurate and high-quality production of designs.

Ideal Candidates:

• BSc, HND or OND  in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Arts or related field.
• Proven experience in working experience in a similar role.

Art Director – Fashion

Job Title: Art Director (Team Member)

Job Summary

We are looking for an exceptional Art Director. The Art Director will be responsible for delivering aspirational art direction and evolve a signature aligned with the creative vision of the brand across photographic & film spectrum. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual who thinks differently, pushes boundaries and can flex their creative executions per brief with solid understanding of how your visual communications/ shoot collateral adapt and flex for different audiences, brands and channels.

Role Responsibility

• Work closely with Shoot Producers to diligently deliver  seasonal shoots in a creative, timely, budget orientated and quality focussed manor.
• Develop creative and innovative campaign concepts that connect with our audience and brand.
• Possessing a collaborative approach working with the Styling team and Casting Director to continuously evolve and define the ultimate look and feel of all Editorial & Campaign fashion imagery.
• Lead and participate creative brainstorms, be a source of inspiration by bringing new ideas and concepts
• Custodian of imagery across the brand, reviewing & signing off image use in accordance to its quality and brand alignment. 
• Be a consumer of culture, a talent spotter and taste-maker.
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively with storyboards, mood-boards & mock-ups.

The Ideal Candidate

• This role requires a highly creative and conceptual person, with strong communication skills, excellent presentation skills and a very strong fashion aspirational visual focus.
• BSC, HND, ND or Self taught individual with outstanding portfolio in Fashion, Advertising, Arts, Film Making or any related field
• Gifted individuals with past experience will also be considered.
• Understanding of digital photography processes and related software – Capture One, Adobe Creative suite and understanding of digital asset management.

Customer Consultation

• Consult with walk-in customers and assist with sales
• Possess broad knowledge of men’s fashion and styling
• Have a perfect understanding of fabric and how to style
• Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection for customers attended to.
• Relate with customers to continue to drive more sales
• Provide personalised service for customers to ensure satisfaction
• Responsible for analyzing quality reports and preparing improvement plans.
• Daily Engagement of customers and cross-selling on every platform

Team Lead – Completion

Role – Male & Female

• Coordinate with customer service, design, merchandising, and production teams to understand customer orders, Requirements and timelines.
• Oversee the post-quality control process, ensuring that products are produced in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies in the production process.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve any production-related issues and ensure smooth workflow.
• Continuously provide reports and updates on item requisitions, and usage & initiate restocking.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes and efficiency.
• Update the customer order status on the system and ensure it is checked and prepared before the due date or fitting.
• Performing any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time that matches your skill set by the Management in line with the objectives of the Company.

Team – In Production Inspection

Role – Male & Female 

• Assisting the production manager in developing production schedules and timelines to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Conducting inspections and quality checks at various stages of the production process to identify defects, discrepancies, or deviations from quality standards. This may involve inspecting raw materials, work-in-progress items and finished products.
•  Collaborating with the production team to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements, such as streamlining workflows or implementing new quality control procedures,
•  Maintaining accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and any issues or deviations encountered. Providing regular reports to management on production progress, quality metrics, and any corrective actions taken.
• Addressing any production-related issues or challenges that arise, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns, and implementing appropriate solutions to minimize disruption and maintain production output.

• Work with our creative director to discuss the base design.
• Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints.
• Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques.
• Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.
• Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.
• Sending the initial pattern for a production check.
• Meeting with the creative team to review the final product.
• Tweaking & grading the pattern and filing the design.

Patternmaker Requirements:

• BSC/HND in Fashion Or any related field
• Firm grasp of CRM & Digital tools
• Previous experience as a Patternmaker.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design models.
• Proficient with computer drafting software including CAD.
• Excellent fine motor skills.
• Experience with measuring, snipping, milling, and cutting tools.

Senior Suit Makers 

Tailor Responsibilities:

• Discussing design, alteration, or repair requirements with production team to ensure that their specifications are met.
• Cutting Of fabric, Stitching and joining neck and sleeves.
• Modifying garments according to customer instructions, which includes tapering pant legs, lining sheer garments, removing pockets, and adding padding,.
• Altering garments to improve comfort and fit, which includes shortening sleeves or straps, narrowing lapels, as well as taking in or letting out seams.
• Repairing customers’ garments, which includes patching or sewing tears and holes.
• Constructing garments for customers based on their design ideas, specifications, and preferences.

Tailor Requirements:

• Over 10 years of proven experience working as a tailor.
• Sound knowledge of fabrics as well as clothing design and construction.
• The ability to use a sewing machine.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Job Title – Fashion Photographer 

Responsibilities:

• Product Photography: Capture high-quality, visually appealing images of our fashion products whilst ensuring an accurate representation of colors, textures, and details.
• Studio Management: Maintain and organize the photography studio, including equipment, props, and set designs, to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient production process.
• Work with other departments to get clothes ready for photography in-house.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed, using industry-standard software.
• Model Direction: Provide guidance and direction to models during photo shoots to achieve the desired poses, expressions, and mood for each shot, ensuring that they align with the brand’s image and message.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a fashion photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in product photography, fashion shoots, and image editing.
• Proficiency in digital photography equipment, studio lighting techniques, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for fashion video content.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including coordinating locations, models, props, and equipment.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing.
• Capture compelling footage that highlights the unique features and aesthetic of our products and brand.
• Edit and post-process video content to ensure high-quality, polished final products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in videography and fashion photography.
• Optimize video content for distribution across various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing campaigns.
